The intention of this beer is to serve as a reminder to be present. An ever-connected world numbs our connection to the here and now, leaving us hung up on the past, or worried about the future. As you enjoy this beer, we encourage you to take a moment to pause, ground down, and imbibe in the world around you…and as you, remind yourself to just “be”

*Birds & Bees-12%|Eredità (North Haven, CT) Farmhouse Ale-Saison|6.2% ABV|16oz-$7|4oz-$3 Birds & Bees is our 6.2% ABV modern interpretation of a Bière de Miel (a saison-style ale brewed with honey), inspired by one of our favorite beers of this style, with an addition of wildflower honey to the kettle, and dry hopped with Motueka from New Zealand. This beer is light, refreshing, and dry while possessing bright notes of flowers and lime notes. Lively, effervescent carbonation elevates the aromatics out of your glass and into your nose! A gentle mouthfeel invites the next sip  

*Greek Freak-Epicure Brewing (Norwich, CT) Pilsner-Czech\Bohemian|5.2% ABV|16oz-$7|4oz-$3 Brilliantly clear and crisp! Saaz hops. *Third Sally-O.E.C. (Oxford, CT) Best Bitter|4% ABV|16oz-$7|4oz-$3  

*Public-Kent Falls (Kent, CT) Golden Mild Ale|4.5% ABV|16oz-$7|4oz-$3 Golden mild made with Connecticut grown and malted grains, and Vojvodina hops from Smokedown Farm.

  *Betty Bitter-OEC (Oxford,CT) British Style Bitter|4% ABV|16oz-$7|4oz-$3 Third Sally is our interpretation of a British Bitter brewed with Maris Otter & a touch of crystal malt. It pours copper in color with a fluffy cream colored head. Third Sally is hopped exclusively with Challenger hops giving it nots of orange peel, green tea & cedar  

  Endless Depths-Abomination (North Haven, CT) Fruited Gose|5.8% ABV|12oz-$9.25|4oz-$3.5 Prickly Pear, Mango, calamansi & black lava sea salt. Grapefruit taste.  

Abstract #3-Skygazer: Watercolors- Twelve Percent Brewing- (North Haven, CT) Fruited Sour|5.5% ABV|12oz-$9.25|4oz-$3.5 Inspired by the Tropicana breakfast juice, but we wanted to give it a little more zazz so we added some marshmallow. Banana, Strawberry, Orange, Marshmallow, Milk Sugar. LACTOSE!

*Sour Batch-Labyrinth (Manchester, CT) Sour Fruited|5.8% ABV|16oz-$9.25|4oz-$3.5 Pomegranate Mango  

Phantasma- OEC (Oxford, CT) Sour Porter|9% ABV|12oz-$11|4oz-$5 Phantasma is our interpretation of an old style German Porter (a style that went extinct long ago), brewed with wheat, oats, molasses and licorice root. No two blends will taste the same! It pours a viscous jet black in color and has notes reminiscent of red wines, dark fruits. Ale aged in wine barrels for 1-3 years.  

*Dart Frog-Tox (New London, CT) American IPA|7.2% ABV|16oz-$8|4oz-$3.5 A big IPA named after a small animal… The one featured in our logo. Dart Frog is made with hops exclusively from New Zealand. A cleaner grain bill is paired with a delicate but pungent-with-flavor selection of hops. Tropical aromas and a soft pillowy mouthfeel are complemented by flavors of wine grapes, berries, and tropical fruit salad.  

*Little Cloud-(New Park, W. Hartford) American IPA|5.5% ABV|16oz-$8|4oz-$3.5 Little Cloud, an IPA brewed to be extremely crushable, while still retaining a fluffy mouthfeel and full flavor profile. We used large amounts of flaked wheat, flaked oats and pilsner malt in the mash. Balanced additions of our favorite American hop result in flavors of lemon meringue, white tea, jasmine flowers, and white grape juice.  

  *No Room to Swing a Cat- Taylor Brooke (Woodstock, CT) American IPA|7% ABV|16oz-$8|4oz-$3.5 This hazy golden India Pale Ale is brewed primarily with Viking Xtra Pale Ale malt which gives a distinct malt profile of fresh bread. The flaked oats and malted wheat are used to increase the mouthfeel to create a richer profile. We use 100% Citra Hops both on the hot side and in dry hopping. Citra lends beautiful citrus notes, and the 3 pounds per barrel dry hopping program increases those citrus notes on the nose, adds some floral aromas and adds hop sweetness as we  

*Suzy Greenberg- New Park (West Hartford, CT) Hazy Mango IPA|5.6% ABV|16oz-$8|4oz-$3 A juicy IPA with added mango. Suzy walks the streets like she's the queen of the town.  

  Honey Shot- Alvarium (New Britan, CT) DIPA|8.2% ABV|12oz-$9|4oz-$4 Honey Shot is loaded with wildflower honey and massive shots of Citra hops throughout the boil and dry hop. Soft, sweet with a finish of tropical fruit and delicate honey sweetness.  

Traffic Lights Stay Blue- Fat Orange Cat (North Haven, CT) DIPA|8.5% ABV|12oz-$9|4oz-$4 8.5% DOUBLE NE IPA. The combination of Citra, Mosaic and Eureka hops creates a grapefruit/citrus flavor profile in this hazy, creamy and fruity Double IPA with a dry and refreshing finish.  

Wandering in the Fog- Abomination Brewing/12% (North Haven, CT) Imperial NEIPA|8.6% ABV|12oz-$9|4oz-$4 Brewed with a heavy wheat and oat malt bill hopped and double dry hopped aggressively with 7+lbs per bbl of Mosaic, Pacific Jade, Citra, Summit and Enigma.  

  King Cluster- Alvarium (New Britain, CT) Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter|10% ABV|12oz-$11|4oz-$5 We took our salted PB cup porter, Clusternutter, amped it up, aged it in bourbon barrels with pure Vanilla. Hail to the King!  

Freezer Fresh: Mint Chocolate Chip! Evil Brewing/Twelve % (North Haven, CT) Imperial Stout|11% ABV|12oz-$11|4oz-$5 Brewed with soft serve, cacao nibs, & peppermint. Comes w/ mint chocolate rim garnish!  

*Hëvvy Mettül-Alvarium (New Britain, CT) Stout Oatmeal|6.66% ABV| 16oz-$9|4oz-$4 Our bad-ass Oatmeal Stout, hopped exclusively with Tettnang hops. An upfront dark chocolate and roasted coffee profile give way to a silky smooth finish.

*Deadly Nightshade- Tox (New London, CT) Coffee Milk Stout|5.6% ABV|16oz-$9|4oz-$4 Our coffee milk stout uses a plethora of dark roasted, black patent malts, flaked grain, and lactose to create a thickened bed for coffee complexity to shine. We want it to be approachable but pleasantly sweet so we thickened it up to a texture that screams dessert… Each batch is charged with a balanced amount of single origin or blended coffee that we roast right here in house.  

  *Stoggy Hollow-Taylor Brooke (Woodstock, CT) Milk Stout/Sweet|6% ABV|16oz-$9|4oz-$4 Brewed with a combination of 2 row spring barley, caramel malt, lactose and chocolate malt, this nitro stout boasts rich coffee and chocolate flavors.  

Craft Beer Bottles   Kent Falls (Kent, CT) – Waymaker Brett IPA|5.6% ABV|750ml|$18 Waymaker is Kent Falls’s take on the wilder side of American IPA, brewed with classic hops, but fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. Explore new horizons as Waymaker presents familiar notes of pine, citrus, and grapefruit, rearranged in surprising ways thanks to the wild yeast fermentation. Equally expressive whether fresh or cellar-aged, Waymaker is a refreshing, yet unconventional beer for any season.
